Chronic mentor. Serial collaborator. Occasional chaos coordinator.
My own exposure to multiple countries, languages, and cultures has shown me firsthand the immense value that diverse perspectives bring to science and society as well as how much they enrich us. Through initiatives like the Talent+ internship program and my role as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, I advocate for inclusive systems that empower emerging scholars and researchers. My hope is to create pathways for those who want to access somewhere different but don’t know how, providing them mentorship and support. My goal is to cultivate environments where every individual feels seen, heard, and supported.

Talent+ Program
Talent+ is a multifaceted training scheme at MPI for Psycholinguistics offering paid internships, research assistantships, and master-level placements to individuals from under‑represented backgrounds—helping them gain cutting‑edge research experience and forge international academic careers
DEI Committee
The MPI’s DEI Committee meets monthly to advance an inclusive culture through initiatives like a buddy system, inclusive writing and event guidelines, institute‑wide training, and Talent+.
Network of Argentinean Researchers
The RCAPB network, part of Argentina’s RAÍCES programme and coordinated by Candice Frances, connects Argentine scientists in the Netherlands with each other and with institutions in Argentina to foster collaboration, share opportunities, and support their professional integration abroad
